Overview

Belqlam App allows you to connect Zoom with Belqlam LMS.

Belqlam Gives teachers the following functionality:

• Manage meetings
• Start or join meetings
• Record the meetings

Belqlam gives students the following functionality:

• View ongoing meetings
• Join meetings
• View previous meetings and recordings

Install Belqlam App

1. Login belqlam.com with teacher profile.
2. Navigate to my classes and select class. 
3. Click add to Zoom icon.
4. You will be redirected to Zoom website. Sign in if you are not signed in.
5. Confirm the permissions the app requires and click Authorize.
   
6. After authorization, Zoom will redirect you back to belqlam.com and you be able to start meetings by clicking "Start Live" button.

Using Belqlam App

Once you have the app installed, You can start organizing you meetings throw belqlam.com.

Teacher:

1. Login belqlam.com with teacher profile.
2. Navigate to my classes and select class. 
3. Click "Start Live" button.
4. Enter Lesson name in Arabic and English then click "Initiate Instant Meeting" button.
5. A new meeting will be created and you will be redirected to meeting URL.
6. If you missed the meeting link you can find it at the class page or my classes page.
7. If you want to stop sharing the link with the students click "Stop Live Broadcast" button, otherwise it will be removed automatically after ending the meeting.

Student:

1. Login belqlam.com with student profile.
2. Navigate to my classes and click the live icon of the class you want to join. 
3. Or Navigate to my classes and select class then click "Join classroom" button. 
4. You will be redirected to meeting URL.
5. You also can access the meeting link from the notifications list.

Uninstalling Belqlam App

1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom app marketplace.
2. Click manage- installed apps or search for Belqlam app.
3. Click Belqlam app.
4. Click uninstall.
5. The app will be uninstalled and the authorization data will be removed from belqlam.com.
