Zoom.us integration.

The website has integration with Zoom.us which allows us to create meetings on behalf of the instructors and record these meetings and retrieve participants information to process the attendance, the recorded meetings will be available for all participants on the website and might be used for public.

Users and Participants data is subject to access right required for data analysis.

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Refund Policy.

1. In the event of a refund request for fees before the start of the study, 10 percent of the monthly amount paid as administrative fees will be deducted.
2. In the event of a refund request for fees within the first three days of the study, 25 percent of the monthly amount paid will be deducted
3. In the event of a refund request for fees within 3 to 6 days of the start of the study, 50 percent of the monthly amount paid will be deducted.
4. There is no refund of the monthly fees after more than a week has passed since the beginning of the study. 
5. In the event that the guardian paid for a full semester or a full year, he is entitled to refund the fees for the months in which the student did not start the study, noting that in this case the months in which the study was completed are calculated by their value The original without the discount granted for the term or the two terms. The guardian also bears the percentage of the bank commission resulting from refunding the rest of the amount, which is estimated at about 4% of the refunded amount
6. In the event that the guardian requests a refund of the fees, the amount will be refunded to the same card through which the payment was made, and the guardian can request a copy of the refund, noting that the amount reaches the guardian’s account within a period of up to three weeks, and this matter has nothing to do with us. With it, as they are bank transactions that we have nothing to do with and we do not have the ability to expedite them, so in the event of a delay in refunding the amount, the guardian can refer to his bank with a transfer form.
